Module 1 is where you'll begin to explore your unique experience of ADHD. Guided through actionable ideas and activities to help you understand how your ADHD traits can be intertwined with your personality. SELF REGULATION
In Module 2, we'll design your self-regulating toolbox to be full of the tools and strategies that actually work for you. This will be an opportunity to observe situations and environments where self-regulation is needed most. We will be doing an interactive activity involving mapping your emotional triggers and early warning signs. This changed my life, tbh! Now I know how to ride the rollercoaster, rather than resent it!

In Module 3, you'll learn about your interest based nervous system and how we can create a rotation of motivations based on what works and what once worked. This is FULL to the brim of my best resources and recommendations, like understanding your nervous system and window of tolerance. If you struggle to "just do the thing", then this is going to help!!
SELF COMPASSION
In Module 4, you'll challenge everything that you've ever thought or said about yourself.
